I truly enjoyed remote location close enough to the hotels 'buffet style' restaurant, Mojácar and a bus stops. The staff were very-very nice and know their duties. The breakfast was reasonably good and tasty and included.

Super friendly, especially when it comes to children. Nothing is too much, all wishes are fulfilled with a smile. Very warm everything, like family ... honest and not played because you are a guest. Super delicious food, huge selection. Even as a vegetarian!
Bathrooms should be renovated. They are clean but a lot of things have to be repaired.

Bath towels were very worn and thin. although quite a few people were english speaking all entertainment including quiz was all done in spanish

we liked the reception area very welcoming quite impressive, waiter on the main bar was good and very friendly
only problem was the bed not very comfortable and extra pillows would have been nice.
